Totally understand — sometimes you simply want to come in, get stretched out, and have some quality soft tissue work done. And yes, there’s definitely a time and place for that! These sessions are perfect when your body just needs focused, hands-on care.

• Just MOVE Me (20mins): Tissue Mobilization with ASTYM, Dry Needling, or stretching specific areas of the body: $75
